My credit card is not being accepted at checkout

If you're having problems entering card information at checkout, we recommend entering your card first from the "Account" page on the Spark app or on our website.

To get there, from the homepage, click profile in the upper right corner and then click "Account". Scroll down and you can add and save it from there. Make sure you put in the card number, expiration date, security code and hit "Save". Then, you'll be able to register for a round and the card will already be on file.
